Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 4, 2026

1. What this policy covers

This Cookie Policy explains how Temp Inc.uses cookies, local storage and similar technologies on the WSIB Workflow service (the "Service"). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

2. Categories of cookies we set

CategoryPurposeExamplesRequires consent?
Strictly necessarySign-in session, CSRF protection, active organization selection, MFA challenge statesb-access-token, sb-refresh-token, wsib-active-org, wsib-consentNo (essential)
Product analyticsAggregate feature usage, funnel analysis, error reportsph_* (PostHog), _ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics 4)Yes
Advertising / conversionGoogle Ads conversion attribution and remarketing_gcl_*, _gac_* (Google Ads)Yes

3. How consent works

The first time you visit the Service we show a consent banner. Until you make a choice, only strictly necessary cookies are set. Choosing Accept enables analytics and advertising cookies; Reject keeps them off. Your choice is stored in the wsib-consententry in your browser's local storage and is honored on every subsequent page until you change it.

You can withdraw or change consent at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent stops further data collection for the affected categories.

4. Third-party processors set by these cookies

  • PostHog — product analytics. We use the EU host where available.
  • Google Analytics 4 — aggregate web traffic measurement. IP anonymization is enabled.
  • Google Ads — conversion measurement for campaigns we run on the Google network. We do not upload customer email addresses to Customer Match.
  • Supabase — authentication session cookies (strictly necessary).

See our Privacy Policy for the full sub-processor list.

5. Do Not Track and GPC

If your browser sends a Sec-GPC: 1 Global Privacy Control signal we treat that as a rejection of analytics and advertising cookies and we do not show the consent banner.

6. Browser-level controls

Most browsers let you delete cookies, block cookies from specific sites or clear local storage. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out of the Service. Browser opt-out tools include:

7. Retention

Session cookies are deleted when you close the browser. Persistent analytics cookies expire after up to 24 months. The wsib-consent entry has no expiry, so we remember your preference between visits — you can clear it at any time from the footer link.

8. Changes

We will update this page when we add or remove cookie categories or providers. Material changes are also announced in-app.
